Message	the actual person working on the car. I know Mike (Flawlessz) had a rebuilt turbo (though UAS) go bad after one week after having the work done by them. UAS would not back him on another rebuilt only the labor to re install. I know its not the techincal staff but possibly upper management. Things have surely changed since Kerry left. Last time I was down for an oil change I was told that "I" had to go to a local automotive shop if I wanted Castroil oil put in the car. I was told it was that or some Pep Boys/Kmart generic oil type. Needless to say I made the trek while they were draining the oil from my car. Its not a good thing. I hope things change because I was always impressed with their service and car towards our Z's.
